The hotel's fine dining restaurant, Sommelier, presents a gourmet menu following international trends and drawing on local delicacies. All dishes are prepared using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally as well as from our own organic fruit, vegetable and herb gardens. Beds are turned down in the evening and rooms are serviced daily.

The Villa's are completely private residences on the Estate, while at the same time within walking distance of the Hotel and Spa.

MANOR HOUSE Located in the Main hotel, on the first floor are ten gorgeous suites, each luxuriously decorated in rich earth tones and textures, 4 poster baths, and Romeo and Juliet balconies overlooking the Piazza, water features and the surrounding Winelands scenery.
All Manor House rooms are fitted with air conditioning, under floor heating, satellite TV, DVD players, music channels, internet and mini bar.

SPA SUITES These suites are in clusters of 4 adjoining the hotel and creating a village feel. Surrounded by water features and herb gardens, they overlook vineyards, olive groves and mountains. Special care was taken in the design of these large rooms, with sandstone floors and walls painted in earth tones. Seperate bathrooms with huge tubs and showers for two set the scene for a romantic getaway. All Spa suites have their own private patio, fireplaces and cosy window seats, and the rooms are fitted with air conditioning, under floor heating, satellite TV, DVD, music channel, internet facilities and mini bar.
